Carcass shows are educational opportunities for the Grant County Fair Livestock Auction exhibitors to learn more about the final product of their sale animals and see first-hand the importance of proper animal handling and nutrition on meat quality. Shows were held at Bloomington Meats II and Weber’s Processing Plant.
